We go to the extreme to manage and restore the land with care, integrity, and a deep respect for its God-given potential. Our philosophy is about stewardship—enhancing the natural characteristics to make sure it’s in the best state now and in the future. This thoughtful process allows stunning native grasses and wildflowers to thrive, which helps prevent erosion, supports wildlife habitat, and slows rainfall runoff to help the aquifer recharge. It’s a patient, purposeful approach rooted in doing what’s right for the land and the people that will live there. We also strive to preserve water through the use of drought-tolerant plants, discourage the spread of invasive species like cedar, and promote sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting. Stewardship starts with researching what has worked for folks in the past and establishing effective management practices for the future.
